e+Foundation is committed to delivering hope by sponsoring teams, underwriting seminars, awarding educational scholarships, supporting research, and providing financial aid to patients and their families. Over the past year, the foundation has supported over twenty events in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Tennessee. Participants walked, jogged, ran, wheeled, and lit it up for cancer education and research.
If you are aware of events in your community that are aligned with our mission to support cancer education, research, or charitable care, and desire support, the foundation can be reached by calling (615) 467-7400. Ask for Taylor Morris, Board President.
Joe P Rally Run - Saturday, October 31, 2009 • Nashville, TN
The e+ foundation is proud to make a $500 donation to the Rally for Joe P held in memory of Joseph Peabody who passed away in 2007 at age four from Glioblastoma Multiforme brain cancer. The extended Peabody family lives in and around Nashville and are personal friends and neighbors to many of us. Their courageous battle against cancer, both then and now, is an inspiration to all who know them. It reminds us that cancer knows no boundaries, effecting young and old, rich and poor, strangers and friends, and families like the Peabody’s who continue to honor Joseph’s life and witness by organizing this event. All money raised will go to the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research which funds better treatments with fewer long-side effects and cures for childhood cancers. To learn more about the Rally Foundation CLICK HERE.
